Being that we live in the same area, ALLSKIING, I keep my eye on your trips. I figure if your getting out, I should! That being said, my ski buddy and I are toying with the idea of heading up to NH to break our Tucks cher..... um forgot this is a family site....to ski it for the first time. Maybe next weekend.

still havent skied tux, i saw some pics of monroe gully and was thinking about tryin that instead.. dunno how it will be after this rain though, looks cool because the it starts at the base of the cog and is steep right away so there is no nasty run out and last weekend you could ski all the way to the bottom. Then there are some nice snowfields up top near the lakes of the clouds hut... anyone know anything about skiing there?

It's snowing at Sugarloaf, and their website is reporting 2-3" of new snow. Too bad that the place is just so far away, the 100 open trails is impressive for this time of the year and I would love to be there today.

As much as I love Sugarloaf, there just are not enough people still interested in skiing at this time of the year up there, to make it profitable for them to run the lifts. I skied Easter weekend there last year, and the weather was great, with good snow conditions, but the place was deserted.

I could hardly believe that there were not more people enjoying the above freezing weather (rare at Sugarloaf) and the corn snow.
