What do you plan on doing about the spot in Colonels Hall where at least a dozen customers fall each weekend day?

The quad lift line was a disaster last year, the individuals controlling it - if there was even someone doing it - had difficutly counting to 4 often.

what is planned for the season passholders party this year? anything differant?

last year you let season passholders ski the day before opening day, but did not let anyone know about it. This was great for the few with inside connections but not fair to the others who also paid. Will the unfortunate's know this year?

Actually, agreed. Not just the quad either, the Z lift has always had some horrendous lift management, particularly when it first opens up in the morning. Would it be possible for Hunter to put up some lines and staff it, at least early in the day? Otherwise you wind up with a giant funnel of people forcing their way in.
