It looks like I am on the mend. I am back to work 6 hours a day with light lifting, and next week will go back to 8 hours. There is no pain at all, and I have been going to PT and they have been having me work with weights for core strengthening. It has been a long session but I am glad that I opted for epidural steroid injections instead of surgery. The Dr said that I will have no problems skiing next season!!!! Anyone have any back problems, I would highly recomend Maine Spine and Rehab in Scarborough. My Dr volunteers with the US Ski team some in the winter, also coaches a race team at Wildcat. He has a poster in his office signed by the entire us skiteam!

Good to here Terry.
Come down to our shop and throw some truck leaf springs around if you really want to test it....

I just got back from my "last" back appt. The dr told me to have a good life, and he didn't want to see me again! No restrictions, do what ever I feel I can but work smart. WooHoo! I feel great and I guess it is time to tackle the firewood pile for next winter. I will do it a little at a time instead of pushing to get it all done at once. Ski season here I come!!!!
