Yeah its a bit late but i never really got around to it:dunce:

EPIC powder day at the beast, I was alone until about 12 when my friends showed up. patrollers claimed 20 inches at the top:snow: lots of terrain was open but the problem was that there was no real base below them. trail of the day has to be the top of minidole coming off the summit triple. mostly uncarved powder on the sides and bumps in the middle. There was also much tree skiing to be had. Even the double black diamond tomahawk was open.

I also hit this cliff off an old trail called avalanche just off the summit triple. the cliff was about 8-10 feet and besides hitting my thumb and jamming it, it was awsome, as far as i could tell only one person before me had hucked it. So i was basically landing in untracked powder which felt great.

All in all best ski day of the season so far even though its only my second.

A few people beat me but this is almost first tracks at flying cloud (8:45am):spread:

Great stuff. Flying Cloud is a great trail. Hoping to hit the BEast soon.
