The Queen and i hit first chair this am to bright SUNNY skies and a temp of 30 degrees

The ,Mountain got 29 inches over the past several days was totally packed or loose pow , lite fluffy hero stuff . First day this year i was able to ski sans balaclava and facemask under the helmet and was only in lite layers and a shell

What a great day to rebuild her confidence again after suffering a compound fracture of the ankle requiring surgery stole her zest > But . today SHE WAS BACK -- BIGTIME!! skied top to bottom non stop runs everywhere i took her for 4 and 1/2hrs. Its great to see her start to enjoy this again . Still holds back a little on speed but her turns were crisp

The Champagne snow , sunny skies , uncrowded trails and NO LIFT line did their magic !!! and I was able to get in several high speed runs for an additional 90 minutes after she hit the lodge . We just got back from a nice dinner and are basking in afterglow from a Super day

She's ready to go again this weekend

I am a happy dude !!

Awesome. I love being able to rip turns with my significant other. Glad to see she is back in the action!

That's super. I too enjoy skiing with my wife. I'm still beaming over the great fun we had just last Sunday. She had knee surgery 3 years ago and is really starting to hit her stride again.
