Not really sure. They could be from Sugarbush too. We had 12 of them running.

2/24/25
Hello from snowy Black Mountain! We’re excited to share that we’ve had our first powder day of the season, with seven inches of fresh, light snow overnight.
We left our summit trail pod ungroomed this morning and that terrain is skiing like a powder day dream and only getting better.Upper and lower Speedwell were groomed early this morning and have fresh snow accumulating. Our beginner terrain and new learning area were all freshly groomed at 7 am.The conditions are perfect, the lines are short, and the parking is free. It's better at Black.
Conditions have never been better, and our patrol is already looking to drop ropes on new terrain as the day goes on. Our snowmaking team is also going full throttle, laying down massive piles on East Bowl, Black Beauty, and Lower Black Beauty—up next is Upper Black Beauty from the summit down to the mid-station.
Currently, three lifts are spinning, providing expert and blue terrain off the top as well as easy greens off the platter pull and rope tow. We also have learning programs available every day for those looking to sharpen their skills or take their first turns. Plus, we hope to have the Triple open by Christmas Day so all four of our main lifts will be running.
A total of seven trails are now open—Jubilee, Learning Area, Bob-o-link, Upper Speedwell, Lower Speedwell, Upper Maple Slalom, and Maple Slalom Chute—all freshly groomed for smooth, consistent turns. We look forward to welcoming you, so come ski and ride in the new snow and enjoy these prime conditions at Black Mountain!Uphill travel is open, and you can follow Lower Black Beauty to Black Beauty to East Bowl to reach the Alpine Cabin.
Also, mark your calendars—our premiere of Friday Night Lights is set for 12/27, with live music at both the base lodge and the Alpine Cabin!Be sure to swing by our newly remodeled alpine cabin, where you can warm up with hot fondue, sip on fine wine or champagne, and explore our selection of craft beers and more. And don’t miss the chance to explore our lodge’s brand-new kitchen and galley, along with a bar that’s now triple its previous size. Treat yourself to hot pizza, hearty chili, our rotating blue plate special, and top it all off with cocktails, wine, or your favorite beer.

What was talked about at the co-op? Is that the number? How much per share?$5 million is a lot of money to raise.
They aren't certain yet. 1,000 shares at $5000 was discussed. I think that's going to be tough. What was talked about at the co-op? Is that the number? How much per share?
