I voted beer because....well, because it's my booze of choice 99% of the time. I'll prefer red wine with a nice meal. My wife and I will do Ketel One Dirty Martinis (extra dirty) on Saturday evening now and then.

That needs more detail. Are we stranded on an island? in the Arctic? or just living our lives as usual and can only choose 1?

No more detail. Just what would be/is the type you usually grab 1st on any given day that you might have an "adult beverage" Let's keep it simple.

At home? wine 99% of the time, red in winter, white in summer; with exceptions when pairing with food

Outdoor event? Skiing, at the beach or at a ball game it's beer

Barhoppin'? booze

That's what I was driving at when I asked for more details. I like em all, and it's usually driven by mood and food. I'll just opt for beer since it has greater applications. Sometimes I just wanna pound a beverage and quench thirst; booze/wine can't do that.

If I had to choose one, it would have to be beer. An IPA to be specific. I also like to hit up the vodka. I drink Rum from time to time as well as merlot or cabernet.

I picked beer but there are lots of mixed drinks I enjoy...most of them are girly drinks..

Creme soda is good...Stoli Vanilla with Ginger Ale
Baybreeze and Seabreezes are good
and I always enjoy a nice blowjob shot..when I'm out with the fellows..of course with no hands..lol

Overall, beer.
Bourbon holds a special place in my heart (or liver, I forget), though.
Wine I could live without.

I'm just getting going with these poll post whoring ideas! Too much time lately as I've been runnign to think up these "brilliant" questions! ;)

Here's a hint a la Bob R who hates polls: skip the poll part, then people are forced to actually reply rather than just voting and moving on...

Just a tip from a master post whore... ;)

I drink beer and wine pretty equally, but, if I am out celebrating and want that one special drink, there's no question in my mind: Manhattan, straight up.

I sort of wonder if AZers prefer one ply or two ply toilet paper..maybe I'll start a poll..

Ditto, with a splash of bitters. I went to 4 bars in 2 weeks in Philly this past winter, and none had bitters.
This is an impossible choice, I'd sooner just revolt against having to make the choice :uzi:

The post whoring is getting a bit infectious lately. This Misc forum is rockin' and rollin' more than I've ever seen it. And we're in the slowest months of the year right now. Keep at it whores!

At the rate that us core post whorers(if that's actually a word ;) ) are hitting the Misc Forums this summer, all of us should have atleast a solid additional1k or so posts by the start of lift served skiing in the fall!

I prefer the hard stuff, but I'll drink beer socially too. Wine I could do without.
