Date(s) Skied: Wednesday 12/15/10

Resort or Ski Area: Burke, VT

Conditions: Powder, windblown, temps around 0 with a 30 MPH upslope wind, moderate snow

Trip Report:

Man... felt like Jay up there today. Still just Willoughby to Bear Den to lower Warren's, but a good day to head off the trail a bit. A good 3" where the snow wasn't blown off, some spots down to the grooming and some drifts as well. Off the trail, knee deep in places. Damn does that quad suck in really cold weather though.

...it sucks in warm weather as well! But it does cut down on traffic.

At least in warm weather it doesn't feel like your feet and face are gonna freeze off after 1 run lol. I can only imagine what the Killington double was like.
