I had the experience of cancelling a weekend that we had booked at Sugarloaf and had put down a $326 deposit, due to coming down with a really nasty chest cold. Expecting the worst when I called on friday I was very pleased that the manager gave me a credit to be used for anytime until the end of the season.
I am a very loyal customer for Sugarloaf for nearly 20 years, so maybe that helped, but still I am very happy that they where so understanding:beer: .
