Game on!

I spent most of the day lapping the summit. I will be short and to the point. I do have video but need to upload and edit.

All trails are skiing great of what I skied. Right side of Zoomer and Profile and Left side of Paulies. Powder bumps! Vista Way left except for entrance and exit where you got both sides was bomb along with Mid Hard.

All glades open except Mushroom which is justified Snowmakers and Kinsman. Summit glades are skiing average. Some bony spots. Front Five glades are below average for the lack of base. Second tracks of poached Kinsman was awesome. Some parts to pick your way through but average to above average since it was fresh. BTW. I ran out of space on camera at around lunch, so no Kinsman or Mitty

Now, Mitty. Above average after the hike to top station. Not too bad the rest of the way for poaching but to open lift tomorrow for the Yahoos. Trouble.

Nice. What did you have for lunch? :spin:
Why thank you of thinking me! A PBJ on way up and back in truck. And a bag of Emerald oatmeal apple clusters at 11.

BTW. No lines anywhere. And they are pounding the crap out the Front Five with snowmaking tue last week or so.

That's interesting. You would figure they would be done with snowmaking for the season given your, and many other reports that they weren't all that aggressive with early season snowmaking.

Sunday they had guns going on Garys, Rocket and Zoomer. Zoomer has some large mounding to harvest for spring. Paulies all the way and Upper Avi were getting it today. They shut those down and starting blowing the blue section of lower Cannnon in the after noon.

First run was going to be Paulies but the guns and snow made a white out so I went over to catch the Tram. I got to Avi and had to stop and which I thought I was stopped. I could not see anything which was up or down until the trees came in to view on the right side. It was freaky.

How you liking the new skis?

I love them, but like I have said in other threads. They ski very short. The 178cm's are great for the trees at Cannon but if I was out west 188cm's would be the best. They do ski excellent in the bumps.
