FRANCONIA NOTCH, New Hampshire — Cannon Mountain is announces its February vacation value deals for skiers/riders of all ages.
Cannon Mountain is offering a special value deal for Tuesday and Thursday of the traditional President's vacation week, when two can ski or ride for $54 (2/21 & 2/23). Also, if you show your Cannon Mountain ticket from the previous day you can save $5 on your lift ticket. On Saturday, February 18th, the Franconia Ski Club will host its annual dinner and auction.
During school vacation week, February 27 – March 3, Cannon Mountain continues its Tuesday and Thursday special, when two can ski or ride for $54. New Hampshire residents get a break on Wednesday, when they can hit the slopes for $20.
To top off the busy month, C.K. McNut's Cookie race will be held on the Brookside slope on Saturday, February 25, for kids 12 and under. It starts at 1:30 a.m.; registration is from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. All kids who finish the race will be rewarded with cookies at the end of the course.
Cannon Mountain offers 55 trails, 9 lifts, and terrain from beginner to expert. The NH Division of Parks and Recreation, part of the Department of Resources and Economic Development, manages Cannon Mountain.
