gonna take a day trip with a friend for the 2 for 1.......Should I park at the tram, or the main lot? Is one way better than the other?> Can I get lift tix @ the tram lot? THANKS!

park at the tram. they sell tickets.

i always prefer parking at the peabody lot. it is more accessible and a nicer place to go for a break, easier to get back to as well and allows for more options. the benefit of starting at the tram is getting first tram to the summit, other than that, no major benefit, imo.

I'm not a tram fan so I always park at Peabody.I also have friends that swear by the tram and won't park anywhere else cuz it's usually less crowded.Just get to the mountain by 8 and you can park real close.Actually closer than almost any Mt I ever been to.If you boot up in your car,you can actually park right next to the Brookside chair and ski to the lift.There is no charge for this lift so just tell them your going to get a ticket and they will let you ride up.I like being able to ski right to my car at lunch and at the end of the day.If you stop at the bar towards the end of your day,you probably won't want to go back out to get back to the tram.To each his own.
