Cannon powershot A630

I just ordered the cannon powershot A630 with 8 mega pixels. Anyone know anything about the camera?

It's an excellent camera with lots of capabilities. I'd consider getting a lens adapter so you can add on a polarizing filter for taking better shots on snow. I got mine (for my S3) from Lensmate and I highly recommend them.

Since you already bought the camera, what do you care what people think of it now?

i have been very satisfied with mine. the image quality is night and day better than what i am used to. it was a substantial weight and heft increase and it is a little clunky at times, but blame that on four AA batteries that last forever.
