Some of the top freestyle skiers are now completing 1440's. That's 4 full rotations. But Cannon's marketing machine has set the bar even higher when it comes to spinning. From today:
"It was a mini powder day today as 2" of new snow landed in the higher elevations, accompanied by boot deep snow drifts like this one. There's more snow in the forecast and Cannon's slopes are in great shape right now. Ride the frozen wave at Cannon!"

I don't even know where to start.....

I've noticed a lot of hyperbole on Cannon's FB and trip reports. They used to have such good snow reporting a few years ago. Now you need to do more than just read between the lines, you need to assume exaggeration.

Oh wait, this thread was supposed to be a shout out to Cannon done right...

Total bs reports the last 3 days.Actually,a little embarrasing with statements like were back to great conditions and the best snow in the region.They can't even come close to recovering as quick as Loon.Except for the snow on the active snowmaking trails,last weekend was pretty crappy imo.
