Catskill Weekend Wildcard ?

Are any of the Catskills mountains offering comps or discounts for closed mountain season pass holders? Hunter used to do this in the past if I recall.

Hunter already had the discount day, for other mountain season passholders on Sunday April 7 - was $25. lift tickets.

Thanks for the TR and great photos. Looks like Belleayre survived the heat wave better than I thought. Same is probably true for Platty and Hunter.

Hunter's site say they are not opening until 9:30 tomorrow, I am sure this is so they can groom in the morning which makes sense.

Also lift tickets are $60!!! That is crazy. Belleayre is $27 and Plat $15. Guess they made enough money for the season. You can get a ticket online for $30 if you but it today though

It was nice to share a lift ride and ski lower K with you a few times...the mountain did a good job this past weekend. No tricks, no opening Saturday and closing on Sunday. I managed to ski my ass off both Saturday and yesterday. Just great skiing.

Seemed appropriate that it flurried most of the day yesterday. Hard to see the place close with almost 100% coverage. But I'm happy. The great ending has convinced me that Hunter has earned my season pass money for next season.
