I can't find the name of it, but it was the T-Bar on the southern end of the mountain.

I get really mad when Bob beats through the course. I wear old school Spyper race pants. I was the ringer on the AZ race team. I am really good at chairlift riddles. I hate to pay to ski. Who am I? ;-)

I was a double chair installed in 1962 and was 6,600' long. A base lodge was also built right below me that same year. I was later replaced with a HSQ lift.

The slope was at Ascutney ...west slope. Not been following this thread. Snow making moved to the top of the mountain on then 5th ave. I use to beat Dave in Ski races there before I even knew him........ not. Ow the cheap skier would be the one and only Tree_Skier.

Bob, It's always nice to have fantasies


It was the west slope T-bar. The other 2 t-bars were the main slope and little eagle aka chicken hill, both of which were electric.

The face of main took to 2 pair of my skies in the early 70's. Dave Raced with the likes of Tiger Shaw and I raced against Doug Lewis. Again showing he is old and yes still cheap.
Ya I'm just jealous casue he lives at a mountain and I have to drive. He might live closer just to save on gas though.

I drive a civic to save on gas. I live close to the mountain for the kids and so I can get out of bed at 6:30, eat breakfast, make lunches get the kids up and ready and be at the hill at 7:30

I need to point something out. In the first riddle, the very first picture of the thread, there are 2 people in chair 34. Now, either A. The kid is teaching his gf the finer science to EZ-Wider's or B. Prooving he is black below the waist to pick up a random girl on the lift.

I'm leaning towards A. Don't you just love when you accidentally realize you caught someone as the last moment they want to be on film.
