I think the pictures explain just about everything. It has everything you need, heat, hotwater, power, cable etc. It is pretty much just a train boxcar that has been converted into a house.

That's what I thought but wasn't sure. So, how much does something like that go for, did you buy from someone else or did you buy rail car and make a home out of it. Oh, and kind of cool
