An intermediate run that most only use to get from the Gondi-side to
Quad-side, Cliff Trail is high elevation and in close proximity to the
Mansfield ridge. Protected from the wind, its also prone to blow-in. We
were there early this morning but most trails had at least a couple tracks
down them already from the true dawn patrollers. Looking down Cliff Trail
we saw nary a track, so it had to be done. Billowing powder was abundant.

That's a legit face full right there. None of that UVMer butt sliding kinda a face shot, but the OMG nut-tickling kind of Life-does-not-suck, let's-go-back-and-do-that-again kinda face shot. CT was blown in like crazy!

You're not suggesting that the UVM'ers slut it up just a bit are you?

I wish they wouldn't make mansfield look better then it is. Crowded enough allready.

The mountain is not a secret, but how to ski it and where to find the best snow on any given day is something I'm still learning after 5 seasons up here. You need to know how wind and snow interact to truly get the goods on Mansfield, and most don't know.

I just like to show the mountain's full potential day in and day out.

Thanks for all the comments everyone, I've got a few more shots this morning but its Friday night and Halloween...I'll get some more stoke up tomorrow afternoon.
