Oh, I thought you said Postal... nevermind. :p

It does look promising for a long period of snow, NOAA has Lincoln, NH expecting snow every day for the next 6 days. No major accumulation is predicted but the same weather is predicted for Sunday River as well as Killington.

This is what the Accuweather is saying now:
A FOOT OF SNOW POSSIBLE !!
==
The East Regional News story reports on Friday up to a foot of snow will fall from Maine to northeastern Pennsylvania, with similar amounts in the northern mountains of West Virginia. From southern New England to central Virginia warmer air drawn into the storm will lead to a mix of snow and rain or the potential for the precipitation to change to all rain.

Last i looked at the model there was a significant shift eastward in both the nam and the gfs. Earlier one of the models was showing the love redeveloping and hitting new england with a blizzard but the latest model runs aren't looking too good esp for northern NE.

As long as there isn't a warmup after the storm I'm happy...

18z nam is even farther east by initial looks definitely not good for snow lovers. The one thing I'm holding onto right now is the fact that the American models have been wrong almost every storm so far this year.

There's a good chance that we'll get a lot of snow Friday... It's the one Friday that I can't take off to go skiing. My wife is out of town and I have to stay home to watch our daughter... On the plus side, if we do get a lot of snow I can finally take her sledding. :)
