I'm more worried about the winds.

snow-forecast is predicting 30 mph winds for Stratton over the weekend. Is this enough to shut lifts down or what? Being as I've never been to NE I don't know much about these tings and having to shell out for a 5 day lift ticket if the lifts are gonna be shutting down!

30mph is nothing..that won't shut down lifts..40-60mph will shut down high speed detachables and gondolas..and seriously..this weekend is pretty far off..there might not be any winds..snow-forecast.com is just speculation

sounds good to me!

Being from the UK we either have great snow and crappy weather or the opposite at this time of the year. This year it's no snow and weird-ass cold, dry weather so far so have to take full advantage of this week!
