Cooling your car off quickly in the summer

I just hop on my bike and ride away. It was a bit rough today, usually the air hitting my face is cooling, today it felt like a furnace.

Also gets very annoying when every person you talk to while wearing head to toe full motorcycle gear asks if its hot.
