Overall, a great response. Some good info...some unanswered questions though such as, 'will the season be longer?' but that is weather dependent and best probably to leave it as is rather than make promises that may not be feasable...

I would have never known about their design to handle lots of skiers...I appreciate that info and it makes me realize that they weren't struggling. Certainly explains why they opened the terrain that they did and why the mountain is as it is. :idea:

Yes, agreed, great to see that the Southern NH ski areas are doing well. I know that some give me or :blink: looks when I mention that I skied at Pats Peak, but heck, it was a great place at a great price and they're friendly folks. Good terrain...maybe we'll see that Southern NH pass come through after all someday :wink:

I'm very happy to hear this more honest claim regarding Crotched's snowmaking:

the highest snow production capacity per skiable acre in New England

although their web site still brags,
