Stae representative Abby Holman was killed in a skiing accident at Sugarloaf on Sat. Don't know the details but she was in a race of some sort and hit a tree according to the news. Sad.

How awful her 8 year old daughter was there and her husband died 2 years ago after being trapped under at tractor tire. That poor girl.

I heard the news last night on NECN. You can't help but feel sad whenever you hear something bad happen to a fellow skier or boarder. It's like we're all brother/sisters-in-arms in this and the death of one touches us all. I felt doubly sad though when I read here that her 8-year old is now completely orphaned.
