Deep Snow/Powder Skis for East Coasters

I just figured out the we SuburbanSkiAndBike.com have over 21 models of deep snow aka powder skis in stock. Skis in this category have waist widths of 98-134mm and are rockered. You can smear and surf like a pro with one of these skis. Of course if you're a Ski Bum and you live in Alta you'll need a pair of these, however if you live on the East Coast do they make sense? Well if you're a Meatheads and FIS fan like me you'll see these skis get a work out on those special days and in the woods of the east.

Yes, they do make sense. I've tasted the candy and I won't have any other. I love my S7s.

Sorry, but they suck on anything but soft snow. Would I like to have a pair, yes. Do I want them as my only pair, no frigging way.

Not to make your choice more difficult but I ahve been thinking about the JJ and the Bent Chetler along with the Momey Bibby Pro and Line SFB.... decisions decisions lol I really like the Wailers but that is just too much scratch for me to justify.

Have also seen some videoed skiers mentioning 4frnt's Turbo = a little more kick than a JJ...if that's what one desires...but as always = need to try first..
