I'm amazed at how many people ski and lift but don't bother to burn off all the extra fat or train their aerobic system. Amazing how many future MI candidates you see in gyms these days.

The weightlifting dude looks like he's tryin to take a massive dump and got constipated.
joined the gym November 1st. Older I get the more that my overall enjoyment and how well I ski is determined by my physical condition. I wasn't all that committed in winter, only going 3 days a week or so. Since mid-April I'm there probably 6 days a week. Figure about 4 hours worth of weights and 4 hours worth of cardio a week. I was 205 at the start of last season. I hope to be 180 by the start of next. About half way there. If I didn't enjoy stuffing my face as much as I do as well as my appetite for beer and wine; I'd probably be close already. Refuse to diet.
