Sutton, Orford, and Owl's Head are all fantastic. Might want to use Magog as a base of ops b/c it's within 45 mins of all three and has a bunch of great restaurants and inns. Also, for another skiing option, I've heard good things about Massif du Sud.

Sutton has nice trees all over the place, not a bad hill at all

Orford has nice steeps, not bad either

(Owl's) Head is a intermediate hill that has increadable views of Memphremagog.

Bromont, never been, but doesn't look too exciting.

might as well hit Jay too as its pretty much in the same area.

if you get some Head and are looking for a place to eat, Owl's bread in the center of Mansonville has unbelevable food, had the best steak of my life there, great deer meat too. brings some $ though, cuz its 100 canadian bucks for me and the GF to eat there, my ski bumming ass can only afford to eat there once or twice a year.

There is also this little town called bolton between mansonville and magog that I guess has this great Inn with what I've heard an incredable spa type place if thats your thing.
I'll try to think of the name.

My family and friends have been driving to Orford/Magog for the last 3 years for Feb vacation. Trip reports are here:

We have had a blast up there and the group gets bigger every year. If anyone tries to tell you that les Quebecois aren't friendly, don't believe it. And they do a wonderful mid-day groom on lots of trails all over the hill every day which gives you ongoing perfect conditions. I could go on and on........

PM me for more info......
