the problem i have with stella is that it skunks way to easy. i like it when its not skunked but like 70% of the places i have ever got it it has been skunked.
I used to work in Belgium. Stella Artois is the Belgian Budweiser. There are 50 beers made in Belgium that are much better quality and Belgians sneer at Stella the way Australians sneer at Fosters. It's something the Americans drink.
Even though you are an expert on Belgium beer cause you use to work there I think I'll keep likin Stella anyway. If that's ok.
LOL....Stella is alot better draft than out of a green bottle..beer gets skunky mad quick in green and clear bottles due to sunlight..They need to put stella in a brown bottle..

I like the stuff... I'll drink it if it's around.. But I do recognize that there are better for sure...
Problem is - sometimes thats as good as it gets and it aint so bad...
I walked into a bar in Seattle the other day - guy aked me what I wanted - I said a local wheat...
I was not let down... stuff was good.. had a very slight mango flavor... It was called a mango wiesen... delicious...
Stone cold sober on the mountain. But after:
Long Trail
Tuckerman Pale Ale or Headwall Alt
Sam Adams
Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA (when available)
people shouldnt drink. its not good for you and it makes you act like a fool.
on the subject: Magic Hat #9 is always welcome in my bag.
