Speaking of that... does anyone like the Shinedown remake of that song. I know that remakes pretty much suposed to suck, but I actually really like it.

I am a Hendrix die hard...just about every hard rock guitarist since learned from Jimi and just about every hard rock riff since owes something to him.

Yet I agree that Stevie Ray's cover of Voodoo Chile is as good if not better than the original.

Stevie is the only guitarist since Jimi who could duplicate some of his riffs. Every other rock guitarist is either still trying or gave up.

RIP Jimi and Stevie.
