Sausage

When I was younger my uncle in Jersey near the beach used to buy great fresh Italian Sausage and grill it up for sausage sandwiches. Way better than the imitators at fairs and ballgames. It's also tough to mess up grilling sausage on the grill. Steaks are so sensitive..I'd rather broil a steak in the over if I wanted it to be done a particular way..on the grill it takes a skilled BBQ enthusiast...which I'm not...to grill up a steak just right. You guys that smoke an entire pigs butt for 12 hours rock hardcore yo..

We cook a lot of things on the grill, many of them tastier than others. But I always get the most excited about grilling burgers. Sometimes you just gotta keep it simple.

I love a good sausage burger cooked on the grill. Couple that with some good fresh corn on the cob cooked in the husk on the grill and I'm a happy camper.

I grill a lot. Burgers, pork chops and chicken breast mostly. Sometimes I'll break out the rotisserie and do up a whole chicken or a pork roast. Steaks of course are great too. A real favorite is grilled shrimp - marinate jumbo raw shrimp in olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper (black and cayenne) and throw those on the grill. Yum!

My homemade terriaki recipe

1/4 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup vegi oil
1/4 cup cider viniger
2 tbs mollassas
1 tbs ground ginger
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder

(the powder desolves and spreads flavor best)

Mix and put meat in ziplock bag for at least 24 hours.

great with Steak (especially tips), chicken, fish (tuna, swordfish etc)
