i'd be willing to bet the catch is you will be flooded with ads. free is great usually, but sometimes free isn't worth the gas money and marketing.

If I'm traveling to Vermont, Stratton is not the place I'll be heading. Even if its free. Just personal preference. Nothing against the hill or those who enjoy it.
