Got f'd on Fri 13th today. Largest order in three years, more than double the size of my second largest order.....labeling was screwed up, returned. 17K in sales down the tubes that won't get reordered Considering 100K is an average month and 600 is an average sale, yup REALLY sucks.

Funny thing is that I'm wicked superstitious. I had debated not sending the order until Monday. Not that they would've miraculously gotten the label right over the weekend.
