I wish that I had that list when it took me 5 minutes to get through menus with BoA for something I knew I needed human assistance with.

I got through once but made a choice that kicked me back to the start. I honestly went back through the menus, timing the entire process, then when I got a human told them I was just timing how long it took me to get through their menu system and hung up.

I don't mind automated menus for some stuff, but if I know I need to talk to someone, let me press 0. And don't let me speak my response, it makes the entire system about 5x slower.

When I switched apartments, I cancelled my cable TV and I was on hold for like 45 minutes, then they said I could save $25 a month if I don't cancel..If I would have called a year earlier, I would have saved $300 for 45 minutes of my time...but now my cable at my new crib is mad cheap!!!
