I live in Keene but didn't know about it until I surfed the site today. Glad there's a local option, looking at the trail map there are a couple challenging looking trails. Recreational Racing Wednesday nights for $10, also open at night Friday and Saturday for $12. Will have to check it out soon. :p

Is the Pinnacle Express their summit chair? I wasn't sure when it opened. If it's open now, and they're skiing from the top, that's great and I wanna ski it!

Yes, it's the new/retro double that goes to the summit.

Anyone know how Granite Gorge faired this year? It was a tough year all-around..

I may take a trip up that way soon to get new pictures. I did not get there this ski season so I do not know how it went, but when I was talking to the owner at the Boston Snow Sports show he sounded very enthusiastic. They had pictures of the lift installation there too. In addition to the lift they installed a YURT too. Here is the link to a picture from their site which shows the lift and a corner of the YURT; http://www.granitegorge.com/GraniteGorge(New)/images/HomePage (index)/Riding Pinnacle_lg.jpg

When the area began to be redeveloped I wrote the following article on the area: http://www.teachski.com/Areas/granitegorge2.htm It's time to go back and do an update.
