Kids made out well, both got new skis this year.

I glad to see your daughter getting ski stuff so that means more then 1 ski day for her this winter.

Never like getting ski stuff for Christmas unless I am the one buying it for me. I have gotten some pretty useless things from people over the years. I got a wheel thingy once that you strap to the back of your skis to drag them instead of carry them. Got one of those ski totes once. Gotten gloves that didn't fit or weren't what I really wanted. My wife gets me some base layer stuff sometimes which is usually okay. She usually just tells me to get whatever ski stuff I want and I am okay with that.

Thanks Scotty, actually she got out 3 days last winter. We spent a weekend in VT. also. Hopefully more days this winter but she works a lot of hours so it's tuff for her.

bonus ski gift last night from my mom.. one of the thin down jackets, will make a great layer under my shell for cold days rather than switching to the heavy jacket.

Got a cool book from my Son, Powder, the greatest ski runs on earth. Pretty cool, great photos.


I also got a Sunice jacket I bought at my local shop for my Mom to give to me, "Oh, just what I wanted, even the color, how did you know?"
