WHOAH!!!
The very last shot is pretty interesting though. There is a huge rock that has obviously been there a long time. The earth around it is undisturbed and it has grass growing on top of it. Might have been a clue that they were building their house in a dicey spot?

I did not notice that had been there. There is also a berm in front of the transmission tower. And a couple of guys on the rocks at the beginning

Yeah, at some point it might have been good to draw a mental line from the existing rock slide to the massive rock in the middle of the valley and rethink your plans for positioning the house. That big mother was there when that house was built, I think.
