With that amount of snow I was wondering, how deep do you think the base will be when all is flattend out?

PS Greg are you a member on snowguns.com? Theres a Greg there and didn't know if it was you

That's a good base. Looking at that pic, I see that most of the snow is getting blown into the woods. That would help the tree skiing.

There is no denying that snowmakers work in some of the most dispicable conditions you can imagine. I never been a snowmaker but I have tipped a beer or 2 with many. Their wackos, they love their jobs. I also put skipatrollers, the hard working conditions part not the wacko part, in the same catagory. Even if it's a nasty day they have to be out there very early in the morning and deal with the conditions to make sure the terrain is as safe as possible for us.

Those Jay pics are amazing. Many resorts out west, right now, would kill for that kind of snowmaking capacity.
