So, I have not been to Jiminy Peak since the mid 90s. In fact, I've only been there 3 times in my life. The first being veterans day 1992, where it rained all day and they had one trail open.
I hear rumors the JP is notorious for icy conditions and crowds. Given how cold it is and will be for the remainder of the week, will this alleviate some of the typical early season snow quality issues? They say they are planning on having '9 trails and 54 acres' for saturday.
What does this translate into? For $29, it seems like a better value than Mt Snow, if just as far.
Your thoughts?
