You've got a free room the week of Feb 4th through the 11th if you want it. Not a shared room, but your own room that is my lock-off. Come on out. The room is yours for free, but I would need to know soon to take it out of the rental pool. If it starts to snow, and it will, the room will rent, but I'd rather have you out there then have it rented.

I read his blog almost every day. It is very good, not candy coated at all. Either ways he has been calling the mid month for quite a while now, going against the models. Today the models are backing him up, hoping it continues to trend. We need a Big Big storm....

This. Looks like you've been reading (or maybe seeing if you know meterology) the same things I have. Bastardi has been tweeting this and there are others who feel this way as well. This pattern has been with us for a long time and that IMO raises the chances of it changing sooner rather then later. 2006/2007 replay? That was an a great spring IIRC. It would make you forget about Dec 2011 quickly. Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?
