Date(s) Skied: Dec 8 2007

Resort or Ski Area:Killington

Conditions: Groomed out / some natural no ice, FOG

Trip Report: Met up with my K landlord Bruce and his friend Frank at Snowdon quad at 7:45.
Most of the montain was groomed out over night but the smooth corduory is fun first thing in the am. Nice conditions with no ice. Did a few runs off the snowdon quad before heading to the gondola.
Once at the top we took cascade, East Fall and a few others. Most of the trails were in very good shape and skied very fast due to all the grooming the night before. Next we went back over to Snowdon to hit Great Bear , North Star and Vagabond. Great Bear was in the best shape with very nice conditons...others were a bit thin but not bad.
After getting sick of dealing with the fog we decided to hit the trees....Glad we did!! Nice coverage for the most part and not a person around. Sweet day, Can't wait for Sunday!!

I think thats the name....It came out at the bottom of Vag.

That's a fun little tree run. Vagabond, to begin with is K's best kept secret. Great after a dump. I seem to remember Me, Andy, Vee, Roark, Dave, Tom, Steve and Colin tearing that trail (Vag) after a dump last year. Or am I mixing two days up?

Nope, I believe we hit both North Star, which was sweet and Vagabond that day.
