Spring skiing doesn't get any better. Met up with B-Stead and Madriverjack around 9:30. It was already a scorcher. Spent the morning checking out the mountain to see what was good. Vertigo and Wildfire were awesome. Never made it onto OL, but MRJ took a run and said the course was excellent. Did see Mondeo and some other dudes from the lift.

80 when we left at 3:30.

Had a great time ripping it up (or at least giving it my best shot) with B and MRJ. Those guys can shred!

List of runs from B-Stead (in approx order):

* Cruise Control
* Needle's Eye
* Vertigo (twice)
* Bittersweet
* Sky Lark
* Escapade
* Cascade
* Ridge Run (3X)
* Racer's Edge
* Conclusion
* Gateway to Bear Trax (to get to Bear)
* Wildfire (2x)
* Bear Claw (now called Skyburst)
* Vertigo (3X B-Stead/Pow only)
* Outer Limits (Jack only)
* Wildfire (2x)

What a way to end the day...bumps of some sort all the way down Wildfire. Legs were shot, but it was too good to stop!

It was like skiing in the summer time. THE BEAST IS BACK IN FULL FORCE. Powbmps and B-stead were rippin up every single run they took. It's was great to ski with a bunch of cool people.I met up with Frank, Kevin, Mike and many others to get a couple of runs on OL and the course was sooooo good. If you haven't been to K in a while or hung the skis up for the year do yourself a favor and throw your stuff in the car and go get your fix at The Big K.

Great Day!

Great ski videos! You guys are animals!!!

I think I saw you guys blow by me as I skied many of the same runs. Ridge Run was def worth the 3 laps!

I just have one question: Do you know a good mechanic that can replace my knees with the air shocks that you guys had installed in your knees?

not to speak for him, but i believe beasted has had multiple surgeries on both his knees. its amazing he can walk, never mind ski the way he does.

I can't even watch all of that. I'm slipping into a state of depression here... Feels like I haven't been out in forever...

Here's a pic of you going by me...

Too funny... I thought that I had a pic of you guys blasting by me. I had just come out of the woods onto Ridge Run, and was taking pics when I saw you coming at that snowboarder chick in the grey pants. I'm the guy in the white shirt and camelback on the left about 1:10 into the video.

Thanks for the bump lesson.... Nice job fellas!

That is pretty random.

Everyone seemed pretty psyched to be out on such a great day, so near collisions seemed to be shrugged off :-D.

Good thing because MRJ seems to be one of those high strung guys with a very short fuse :wink:.

Na, no short fuse here. I think she had the right of way and when I do get cut off it doesn't upset me at all. I'm just happy to be out skiing some bumps. What a awsome day that was I didn't want to leave knowing Sunday was going to be just as good. I can not wait to get back to The Big K.
