How have the conditions been lately? Do Ovation and Skyelark have good snow and cover?

Middle Ovation is still intact on skier's left. It hasn't been groomed in a month and is all bumped up. Lower Skyelark also hasn't been groomed in quite a while and, like last April, has nice bumps. I only ski sunny days at this time of year so I haven't been out in a few days. Looking out my window, the snow over the weekend made everything white so it will probably hold up OK for another week and a half. By May 1, I'd expect Skyelark/Highroad/Bittersweet to be pretty much done but Superstar has enough base to make the scheduled May 2 closing day.

Are the trails in the canyon still skiable?

I skied East Fall at 2:30 today. There's 4" of sludge on top of the corn snow bumps. On Upper East Fall (formerly known as East Glade), it was nasty. On the steeper lower East Fall, it skied OK but nothing like the superb corn snow of a week ago. I'm done over there until it sees enough traffic to ski in the sludge.
