Date(s) Skied: November 21, 2004
Resort or Ski Area: Killington
Conditions: Spring Conditions. Soft without being slushy. A few bare spots.
Trip Report: This was a day trip from NYC. Got there at 9am and it was extremely foggy top to bottom. Spent my time going up K1 all day and all the open trails were surprisingly well covered given the warm weather. Got pretty crowded around 11am, especially on Great Northern. Started to rain hard around noon and then stopped after an hour or so. Conditions were still pretty good after the rain. Lot of very skilled riders and skiers out so even though it was crowded, I saw no collisions all day. Overall an ecellent day, given the temps Killington snowmakers and groomers have had to deal with. Took some pics, also:
