7:30 am and 18 degrees at the condo (2200 feet) with winds howling. Gonna be a slick morning folks so sharpen those edges. After yesterdays thaw, it's gonna be a rough go this am. Prolly hit up Sugar and Spice for breakfast with the youngun and get on the hill around 11. Hopefully things will begin to soften a bit by them.

Anyone at K, look for a dad (black pants and black jacket) skiing with a 5 year old (blue/yellow jacket and blue pants.) Stop and say hello.

I wandered out at 1:30 on Monday and skied until 4:00. At this time of year, I don't get really enthused unless it breaks 40F at my house before 10:00. It softened a little in the afternoon but it's nothing like Thursday/Friday/Saturday when the whole mountain softened. The rest of the week looks much better.

32 degrees at 8am at 2200 feet. Brilliant sunshine. Heading up to the 55 degree mark. Gonna be a sweet sweet spring day. Too bad we gotta head home tonight, but today should be sweet. The rest of the week should be stellar as well. Enjoy it folks. Gonna be a beauty.

Should be in bay one around 10ish. Look for me and T.

I skied at Killington from about 11-3 yesterday. I did two runs off of Superstar--Bittersweet was good. Upper Superstar skied better than lower (!).

Gondi was nice. East Fall softened up nicely.....it was worth three spins. Downdraft was good, but the final pitch into the Canyon was ice. Cascades skied well...especially skier's right on the pitch. Glades area was nice. Anything not groomed didn't really soften from what I could see. Double Dipper was groomed ice.

First time back to K-Mart since 2007. Some employees were not nice to me, others were fine. All in all, no real big difference from the ASC years. Lifts and facilities had been cleaned up.
