I remember when this happened...last Feb. Never heard the details as described in this article though..."investigation aided by video coverage of the event". Here's the story...Shrewsbury, MA:
(CBS4) JACKSON, WY A teenager has been charged with negligent homicide in the death of a Shrewsbury woman at a Wyoming ski resort.
29-year-old Heather Donahue was killed last February when she was struck by snowboarder, Greg Doda.
Prosecutors say the 17-year-old Maryland boy was going between 35 and 60 m.p.h. when he struck Donahue at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.
"The impact knocked Donahue out of her gloves, skis, poles, hat, goggles, neck warmer and catapulted her 25 feet down the hill," sheriff's investigator Mike Carlson said.
Investigators were helped by a video of the collision.
