There's a guy over on Epicski called Coupdevill that sells various models of Dynastars on a regular basis. I bought a pair of 08/09 172 Fluid Legend 8000s w/PX12 bindings for $399 with a claimed 8-10 days use. I received them in less than a week from Washington state. The topsheets are perfect. The bases show definite use but nothing I'm concerned about given the price. I detect zero edge damage. I couldn't resist the purchase because it's the exact model/year/size I demoed last month and couldn't stop thinking about them. Now I have 5 pairs of skis hanging on my wall. I need an intervention....
Anyway, when the holidays/wind holds are over and I actually ski these things I'll update the thread. He was an easy guy to deal with and has a great Paypal rating.
