Both Base Lodges were open and top to bottom skiing with the Gondola, Kangamagus Quad, East Basin Double and the North Peak Express open and serving mountain visitors.
The Summit Cafe was open with Jamaican Specials being cheerfully served (even though Cardel was in the Gondola Lodge).
I skied with some North Country friends and the day flew by.
With the warm weather the region had during the week, the mountain did not have the snow it had last weekend, although I thought the conditions were very good on the trails that were open. With cold in the forecast this week (20's in the evning and 30's during the days) I believe this place is going to open right up for the Christmas week.
I was tickled how good the conditions were again.
