Yesterday I spent pretty much the entire day up at Whaleback ski area to watch the premier of Teton's 'Lost and Found'. Zimmermans did an AWESOME job putting the show on. Slow to start, but it eventually picked up. Raffles galore, plus the snow (shavings) trucked in meant fun for all the kids on the ramp they did up.

I'd HIGHLY recommend taking a trip to the showing in Nashua, NH monday night. And definatly get a raffle ticket. :-D To give you an idea, there where maybe 40 people twards the end of the night, and they gave away like, 4 pairs of skis. Some of the guys from the movie will be there as well, including the lead singer of the band playing. Unfortunately, Mondays show is 18+.

Oh yea, and the camera shots from the helmet cams kick Warren Millers films arse.. :snow:

As i read the headline then the first half-sentence of your post I was thinking maybe you hiked the lift line.

Don't know of any ski movies playing publicly in the NY metro area but between Fuel and Rush H.D. I can catch a fair amount of ski porn on cable

I don't think that a small crowd at Whaleback = a small crowd in Nashua necessarily.

Meh, we shall see. But I suspect it won't be very busy in general. The reason for this is it hasn't exactly been pimped all over the place.
