One of the best ski days I have ever had, hands down.

As with yesterday, tremendous snow, very fluffy and manageable even for my two buddies without dedicated powder sticks.

Weather was absolutely perfect, mid twenties, not much wind, downright balmy compared to yesterday.

This was the first time at mad river for my two friends, so I tried to show them everything I new. We were all over the place. Started over on the double, skied some stashes on the far far skiers left, awesome condtions.

Headed up the new single, hit the woods in between fall line and liftline.

Stash I found in some trees off birdland.

After lunch, I figured no trip to MRG would be complete without a little off piste exploring. So we headed off to find the most famous off piste area of the glen.

The traverse over was too much for one friend. To be honest I forgot how tight it was in spots.

Very untracked out here

Near the end, took them out on paradise. I was not expecting the 'cliff' to be so filled in.

Awesome time at MRG, keeps reminding me why I go back.
