3 weeks. unless that's changed in the past 15 years.

At least that was the case in the Lakes Region Division. Vermont Academy (alum) Kimball Union, New Hampton, Proctor, Holderness, Brewster, Tilton, Dublin, White Mountain School

DHS didn't know you went to VA. I graduated KUA in 79. Reading that list is a blast from the past.

Heading to Stowe for Ski club members appreciation weekend. 62 bucks for 2 days. Also sneaking in a Friday at either SB (2 fer1) or MRG if conditions are good.

I would recommend Jay. I was there 2 weeks ago. They're tearing down the Hotel Jay in May and they have amazing specials with lift ticket, breakfast and dinner thrown in. Of course, there's always the Jay Cloud.

Interestingly, the Jay 242 newsletter just showed up. In it they say:

"If you were hoping to book a stay in the Tram Haus Lodge this weekend you might be out of luck. Availability is sparse is our newest, shiniest hotel (it’s a holiday week north of the border and our Quebecois friends have taken over) but we’ve got a handful of condos still available"

You missed this part, billski:

"BROKEDOWN PALACE
"Help us bid adieu to the much loved but somewhat brokedown Hotel Jay. She’s served us well over the years but seriously, it’s time. Demolition begins April 19th but in her final few days we’ll be offering rates from $59pp/pn – that includes lodging, lift tickets AND meals (breakfast & dinner). Entertain me with a poem/song/haiku/ode and you might just win yourself a free night in the Hotel Jay. Check out all the details here."

From what I saw when I stayed there, it isn't brokedown at all.

not sure we can be friends now.

I don't know if it was the case back in 79, but KUA was our biggest rival when I was at VA.

I remember clearing the football field of about a foot of snow before the VA game but the hockey games were the classics. Loved that part of New England.
