Wasn't going to as i was kinda sore from the event i did the night before but i got a call from a friend and he was going up with his kids(well 2 of them one had got into trouble). jumped in the car at 5pm and was there at 6:30 with a ton of traffic on 80. must hit a time warp on rt15.
got a spot in the first row at south. got out a started to boot up. they where blowing like mad at bear. 60 or 70 guns going at south. got my boots on and i get a cal from tom that they decided to go to north insted. so jumped in the car and rolled down the road to north. pulled into my prefered parking spot(tom scored one right by the patrol building). got to base of the cab and this is what i saw at 6:45

Just thought I would add I was there yesterday morning.. and it was also empty then. The rain earlier in the week must have really scared people off. Conditions were good, though lower eagle in the morning was a combination of icy scraped off spots, mixed with fresh snow making, making for a slightly treacherous surface.

There was lots of snow making going on and I was really happy to see them getting the connector trail ready.

I took a couple snaps from the gondola. Pics attached.
